Our mission is to focus upon the development of therapies based upon the use of human stem cells and their derivatives, particularly in the areas of diabetes and cardiac diseases.

We primarily employ bone marrow, pancreatic, and umbilical cord blood derived cells in a process of identification, separation, expansion and delivery towards treatment of diseases previously considered incurable.

It is our further goal to deliver these therapies to the widest possible spectrum of patients both geographically and economically in the minimum time.

Our Technologies were developed over years of research and development at leading US medical universities. Several technologies are entering the commercialization phase and others are ready to proceed through the FDA phased human trials process.

	Proteoderm:
	Now in presales, Proteonomix has identified a matrix of proteins secreted by stem cells, NC-138, which were found in pre-clinical trials to stimulate collagen development and dramatically reduces the signs of wrinkles and aging.

	StromaCel:
	Derived from donated bone marrow, we have been able to identify specialized stem cells, isolate them and then greatly expand them in number to form our StromaCel™ cellular material product. We intend to enter phased human trials on this material in the very near future...

	Diabetes:
	Derived from cells in the pancreas of the patient, stem cells are identified, isolated, expanded and then converted into beta cells for the production of insulin. We intend to begin large animal trials in the near future to demonstrate the efficacy of this treatment for diabetic patients.

Proteonomix, Inc. updated the progress of its cosmeceutical business operated by its Proteoderm, Inc, subsidiary under the guidance of recently appointed CEO Jaci Mandil. Mrs. Mandil is actively moving the company forward with plans for an anticipated third quarter launch of the Proteoderm line of anti-aging skin care products.

	Private Placement Completed. March19, 2012

Proteonomix, Inc. announces the completion of a previously announced $3.8 million private placement. The Company plans to use the proceeds from this financing to repay debt, fund clinical and preclinical studies and expand its management team, as well as for general corporate purposes.
